Program Description

GDL Exterior Solutions (“GDL,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers who request a quote, schedule service, or otherwise contact us. Messages relate to estimates, appointment confirmations, scheduling, job updates, follow-ups, and occasional service reminders for sealcoating, paving, masonry, power washing, and other exterior services.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from GDL Exterior Solutions by:

• Submitting our online quote/contact form at gdlexteriorsolutions.com and checking the box that authorizes us to text the phone number you provide, or
• Texting us directly at (646) 736-8756, or
• Verbally providing your mobile number and giving consent to be contacted by SMS.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can still request a quote or service without opting in by calling us or asking us to contact you by email or phone only.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You should expect messages tied to your active inquiry or project (typically a few messages per week while a job is being scheduled or in progress).

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. GDL Exterior Solutions does not charge for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send you additional SMS messages. If you want to opt back in, reply START or contact us again.

Supported Carriers

We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
