How the project runs

  1. 01

    In-home consultation

We measure, listen, and give you an honest range before you fall in love with a plan you cannot fund.

  2. 02

    Design & selections

Layouts, 3D concepts where helpful, and a selection sheet for tile, cabinets, counters and fixtures with real allowances.

  3. 03

    Written scope & schedule

A line-item scope and calendar so you know what happens each week and what it costs. No vague lump sums.

  4. 04

    Protection & demo

Floor protection, dust barriers and negative air where needed, then clean demo and debris removal.

  5. 05

    Rough-in & inspections

Framing, plumbing, electric and HVAC rough-ins inspected and signed off before anything gets covered.

  6. 06

    Finishes & punch list

Tile, cabinets, counters, trim and paint — then a walkthrough punch list we close out before final payment.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in NJ?

Most full North Jersey kitchen remodels run $45,000 to $110,000 depending on size, cabinetry line, counter material and whether plumbing or walls move. We break it out line by line so you can see where the money goes.

How long will my kitchen or bathroom be out of service?

A typical bathroom is 3 to 4 weeks; a full kitchen is 4 to 8 weeks from demo to final punch list. Custom cabinetry lead times are usually the long pole, so we order early.

Can we stay in the house during the renovation?

For single-room projects, yes — we set dust barriers and keep a working path. For full gut renovations most families move out or live on one floor while we phase the work.

Do you pull permits for remodeling?

Yes, whenever the work requires it — plumbing, electrical, structural and egress changes all get permitted and inspected. Unpermitted work causes real problems at resale.

Do you offer design help?

We do. We handle layout, material selection and 3D concepts in-house, and we can coordinate with your designer or architect if you already have one.
